In the interest of your personnel safety, we draw your attention to the following in-house HSE rules and regulations for your strict compliance:

1.      Personal Protection Equipment(PPE)

Compulsory use of safety helmet, safety shoes, safety belt, and safe glasses at operations zones.

2.      Dual Tag System

Prior to boarding vessel, deposit Gangway Tag (No.1) on Access Board at the gangway tower.

   Prior to entering confined space, deposit Tally Tag (No.2) on Tally Board located at the entrance.

3.      Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs Policy

Strictly No Smoking except at designated smoking areas.

Strictly No Possession and or consumption of Alcohol or illegal Drugs.

4.      Road Safety

Road demarcation line for PPE Free Zone yellow & white, PPE Zone. Full yellow line.

   Observe speed limit (20 km/h) in the yard.

   Use Pedestrian footpath for crossing at all times.

   Drivers to give way to pedestrian crossing.

   Do not use Hand phone while driving.

5.      Operational Hazards

Keep clear of overhead lifting operations and mooring points.

6.      Emergency Response

In the event of emergency, remain calm and report to the nearest mustering point.

7.      Crane yellow demarcation line (indicates crane’s traveling path)

Do not park your vehicle on or into the crane yellow line.

Hook block (mobile crane) must be secured while traveling.
