On May 8th, 2025, HGC held a grand joint ceremony for the NEW batches of "HGC 60T Ice-Class-ARC4 IceBreaking Tugs (Hull number: HGC9055)" at Production Bay One in Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province.

On behalf of RS team, Delegation Mr. Petr Vaniukov, General Manager of Russian Maritime Register Shipping China Branch, Mr. Cao Huiming, Deputy Manager, and Mr. Kirill Sapozhnikov, Surveyor, attend the event and witnessed this important moment with the management and industry partners of HGC. 

At the ceremony, Mr. Petr Vaniukov delivered an inspiring speech. He said: "I am very honored to participate in the launch of the HGC Ice-Class-ARC4 IceBreaking Tugs project. RS has always been committed to promoting the cooperation between China and Russia in the field of high-end equipments manufacturing. The project not only reflects the outstanding strength of China's high-end shipbuilding technology, but also provides key equipment support for the development of the North-Sea Arctic route." Mr. Petr Vaniukov also mentioned that on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Russian Patriotic War (May 9th), the mutual trust and tacit understanding between China and Russia in technical cooperation are the inheritance and innovation of historical friendship.
