Jetty 3 km, Water depth 8 m-12 m, for 30,000 – 50,000 DWT Vessel

Production base: 600,000 m2

Facility: 30,000 tons semi-dock slipway, 20,000 tons indoor slipway.

With 320m quay berth for direct loading along Yangtze river, 

with 60T & 150T & 280T lifting capacity LLC for assembly at 200,000m2 yards for the best delivery time with products fully erected shipped/main parts assembly.

Painting(3 rooms) and sand-lasting(2 rooms) workshop

Two blasting and three paint painting workshop to meet PSPC requirements. Each room is 20x18 meters in size and about 12 meters in height. The painting room is equipped with ventilation and dehumidification equipment, environmental monitoring equipment, sand blasting equipment and sand absorption.

The sandblasting room is equipped with 8 electric control sandblasting machines with two tanks and two guns, which has low labor intensity and high production efficiency.

It is equipped with shop primer spraying equipment, paint mixing equipment, rust removing polishing machine, pressure sprayer, such as coating equipment, in line with the

CB/T3000 level II steel general and spraying equipment production enterprise.

Three steel structure production workshops, hull preparation workshop, engine workshop, one spray and two painting standard workshop, standardized warehouse; There are 200T, 150T, 80T and 50T lifting capacity Gantry yard cranes, distributed in three slipways, and two 25T lifting capacity Gantry yard cranes distributed in the block fabrication area.

Production Bay no.4 (Nantong base)

Integrated Production Base Belt & Ports along China Yellow Sea for 

the High-end equipment (structural modules), offshore engineering oil and gas drilling platforms, offshore wind power projects (towers, monopiles, jackets, converter stations, booster stations, etc.), shipbuilding and offshore engineering construction, offshore engineering support, etc.

Jetty 300m, Water depth 8 m-14 m, for 30,000 – 100,000 DWT Vessel

Production base: 190,000 m2

Facility: 

Processing workshop: 360m x 30m + 360m x 36m, height 26m.

Platform no.3: 

300m x 76m, equipped with two nos Goliath Gantry Cranes(GGC), for wind power installation platforms.

One 300-ton GGC with rail gauge of 76 meters and height of 60 meters.

One 500-ton GGC with rail gauge of 76 meters and height of 80 meters.

Port: Equipped with 800t-Lifting-Capacity port crane (lifting height 150 meters)

Platform no.4: 

Equipped with two nos 1500T Goliath Gantry Cranes(GGC) 

with rail gauge of 82 meters and height of 90 meters.

Grand Harbor basin: 130m x 56m, water depth -9m.
