2018.01.27New Ship Loader been successfully erected in Indonesia.
After a mere two months team onsite hard work, one of the biggest Ship Loaders (rail-mounted type, 2100t/h loading working capacity) been successfully erected at end-user’s quay side.
Among one of the largest producers of premium cement, the owner’s facility is equipped with one integrated cement plant with 4 million tons per year production capacity, and four grinding plants with 3.4million tons per year production capacity, and one packing plant. And its own port quays need to accommodate different type of vessels from 3,000DWT to 50,000DWT.
The New Ship Loader was designed and produced at one of our fabrication bases in China, and then dismantled into several parts for feasible shipments. It is featured with many improvements (including upgraded working capacity, strong performance, modern electric control system, and with less maintenance requirement, and more safety enhancements) over its old ship loaders and cranes at existing port quayside.
We’re very proud that our team has deployed in such complicated project, and strive to ensure that we work for the best interests of our owner and its operations, and our new cranes and material handling system will help the owner to benefit operating a more efficient safer modern plant yard, and enhance its quays & docks to accommodate the latest generation of ultra-large vessels for operations.
