Warning: Delays in contacting Suez Canal agents

Due to the current political situation in Egypt some difficulty may be experienced in contacting agents/Suez Canal Authority/Suez Canal Pilots and other authorities, according to GAC.

The country's main cities are currently under a curfew from 18:00 to 07:00 local time.

In light of this, for vessel transits, GAC Egypt recommends suspending crew change/ spares delivery and others until further notice.

Due to internet and mobile telephone connection problems in Egypt, GAC Egypt's Suez Canal Coordinating Office is unable to receive messages by email.
