Offshore Wind-Power Platform with 1800T-lifting-capacity
The speed of the Offshore Wind-Power Platform is not less than 8.6 knots,
and the maximum lifting capacity is 1800 tons.
The platform is suitable for navigation in unlimited navigation areas and construction operations in offshore waters. It is mainly used for offshore wind power installation and foundation construction. It also has the functions of transportation, storage, and installation of two sets of 20MW and above wind turbines. The maximum operating water depth is 70 meters. The main crane has a lifting capacity of 1800t@36.5m/1200t@50m, and a lifting height of 168m on the deck surface. It is currently the crane with the strongest comprehensive lifting capacity for wind power installation platforms in China. The platform is equipped with triangular truss-type pile legs. The design length of the pile legs is 135m. The length of the pile legs is the longest among the same type of wind power installation platforms in China. The supporting electric frequency conversion rack and pinion lifting system can realize a single leg lifting load of 9000t .
The platform adopts full electric drive, with 3 sets of 3200kW azimuth propellers at the stern and 3 sets of 2500kW side thrusters at the bow, with DP-2 dynamic positioning capability. The platform is the first wind power installation platform equipped with an intelligent ship system in China. It is equipped with three subsystems: intelligent navigation system, intelligent energy efficiency management system, and intelligent integrated platform system, which can provide decision-making reference for platform construction, energy management, and navigation operations.
